Update the UI page for calculate table cardinality

There are a couple issues in current "Calculate Cardinality" page:

1. the "Delimiter" and "Format" is not needed since kylin change to use hcatalog to read hive table; they should be removed from UI

2. the page title is inaccurate

3. should allow user to select (or enter) a partition, so only need scan specific partition to get the rough cardinality info, instead of scan full table (sometimes the table is very big).
