    Description

      Some users report that "Create HTable" often failed, and throw exception with 

      org.apache.kylin.engine.mr.exception.HadoopShellException:java.lang.RuntimeException: HBase table kylin_prod:KYLIN_F7ZGH9AEXB exists!
