Unable to build jdbc datasource when using mysql

Hi

I'm using the latest kylin version by using docker pull  and try to config the mysql jdbc source for testing,
but when i click buid button and nothing happend  as follow:

And the kylin.log also havn't any error log ,the follow is my config:

so, what should i do ? anyone can give me suggession ? thanks ~
