failed to append to metrics hdfs file due to lease already been hold

bunch of error logs as show in the pic below have been found on our kylin cluster.

append to metrics hdfs file failed because the lease is holding by the same dfs client

1. our cluster is composed of 2 job nodes and 6 query nodes
2. kylin cluster is deployed in standalone hbase mode
3. some of the configs in kylin.properties is attached
