Convert Validate.noNullElements(Object[]) to varargs

IIRC such is binary-compatible and so is not a worry. Typically the call would exist to validate an array that was already constructed and so wouldn't serve much purpose; however it is conceivable that a caller might wish to validate together several arguments he received separately.
