    Description

      Apache Yetus is looking at potentially publishing a GitHub Action on the GitHub Marketplace for general public usage. In order to do that, the ASF would need to agree to the GitHub Marketplace Developer Agreement. Before the community spends significant time on development, etc, it would be great to get LEGAL's opinion on the agreement: is this something that the ASF could agree to? If not, what options do could be pursued?
