Description

The page https://libcloud.readthedocs.org/en/latest/compute/drivers/openstack.html mentions only the (probably not so current) API Docs for the OpenStack 1.0 API; lacking the API description of the OpenStack 1.1 API.

It may also be worth mentioning somewhere in the text that there are different versions of the API and one should double-check to use the right one.

I'll try and prepare a patch.
