Libcloud unable to find endpoints

While trying to do a simple list containers tests for a private openstack setup I am receiving this error

I can also attach the script and a pdb output from when I ran the script if you'd like. It doesn't seem to keep the url information after it processes from what I can see though python isn't my strong suit. Thanks!
