list_nodes() should include tags from DigitalOcean droplets

    Description

      Digital Ocean droplets can be tagged with multiple tags, such as "production" or "database", but these tags are not currently returned by list_nodes().

      I have submitted PR 1149 to implement this improvement. This ticket is being opened to track any discussion around that PR.
