TLS syslog appender: doc suggests to use <TLSSyslog> to configure appender

    Description

      Hi.

      Docs suggest <TLSSyslog> for adding an appender. When I try that I'm getting:

       

      2019-02-25 13:18:13,573 main ERROR Error processing element TLSSyslog ([Appenders: null]): CLASS_NOT_FOUND

       

      When substituting to <Syslog> - no error.
