Description
Currently we always check triangle intersection in polygons without considering the boundary. This is not totally right as it might miss an intersection if a polygon and a triangle are touching each other.
The proposal is the following:
* if there is no points of the triangle inside the polygon, then consider the boundary
* If all points are inside the polygon, then do not consider the boundary.
