Deprecate sourceRoot and testSourceRoot parameters in favor of using build helper maven plugin

The antrun plugin currently includes the parameters "sourceRoot" and "testSourceRoot" which allow a directory containing generated classes to be attached to the build lifecycle. The build-helper-maven-plugin handles this in a more general way, and should be used instead.
