JHS MoveIntermediateToDone thread pool should override CallerContext

Now the job history server provides RPC services. If the Client passes the CallerContext, the RPC will create a MoveIntermediateToDone thread. The CallerContext supports parent-child thread variable inheritance, so the MoveIntermediateToDone thread may always be the CallerContext.
