Versions are not listed on the webpage

http://marmotta.incubator.apache.org/development.html#Versions should list the available versions of marmotta.

This was done via javascript querying the JIRA API.

In JIRA 6, jsonp support was removed, thus the request now fails because of missing CORS settings.
