Add scope to moduleSet/binaries/includeDependencies

Setting includeDependencies to true includes all binary dependencies of the moduleSet. There seems to be no way to exclude dependencies that are in "test" scope for example.

Could an option be added to filter the binary dependencies included, especially by scope?
