    Description

      Before I used 2.2-beta-1 version of assembly plugin to create my binary, and it worked well.

      Today I upgraded the plugin to version 2.2-beta-5.
      There is a difference in the treatment of scope runtime in dependancySet.
      The libraries of this scope are not included in the archive.

      I tested 2.2-beta-4 and 2.2-beta-3, is the same problem.
      In 2.2-beta-2, it work.
