Make recommended goal usage more explicit; separate non-deprecated goals from deprecated ones explicitly

currently, the deprecation notices / warnings dominate any list of goals in the assembly plugin, largely owing to their large number.

We need to review the documents and be more direct about telling the user which goals should be used.
