Author with no real name results in empty report

This puzzled me for a few hours.
I auto generate the changes XML.

If author has no real name, an empty report gets created (Found 0 releases)
<author email="mail@somehost.com"/>

when specifying a real name, everything works perfectly
<author email="mail@somehost.com">my name</author>

XML is valid against XSD though, so maybe it could be fixed there (as well)...
