Allow Jira report with all status

Usually, we want a report of all issues to know the global status of the current version.
We have a custom workflow, so we have different status codes per project.

I need one way to include ALL status in the statusIds parameter.

In this moment, there is a workaround including all status ids of the project, but it is annoying search all ids and modify the pom any time a Jira admin modify the workflow.
