Allow OAuth authentication in Jira

The only way to access to Jira is using User/Password.
Usually, because security issues, is not an option in big companies so it is necessary to use other authentication systems, like tokens or OAuth.

Jira implements OAuth, so this would be the best option to avoid hard coded passwords.
