Option to pass on error while filtering dependencies

Sometimes it would be better to have a partial dependency list copied / unpacked, if some of the dependencies weren't looked up correctly.

Provide a command line option (by default false) to get AbstractDependencyFilterMojo#getDependencySets() advance also in case any MojoExecutionException occurs for the rest of the dependencies.
