skip dependency analyze in ear packaging

Ear packaging has target directory but doesn't have source so analyzing dependency in such component always fail.

Module with pom packaging currently are skipped, so it is the similar situation.

Default life cycle for ear packaging does not call any compiler plugin so analyzing dependency usage in code has no sense in this case.
