Remove @Deprecated marked code about repository layout

    Description

      The layout which is defined in parameter altDeploymentRepository is a candidate to remove cause we support only Maven 3, that support only Maven 2 repository layout (layout = default) and not Maven 1 repository layout (layout = legacy) anymore which makes the layout part superfluous.

      Furthermore the repositoryLayout parameter of deploy-file goals is marked as deprecated and should be removed as well.
