Use build extensions defined in pom.xml for deploy-file

It is currently not possible to use deploy-file to deploy to S3 as that requires a build extension for a custom wagon and deploy-file ignores those. This works fine with deploy, but that rebuilds the artifacts, which isn't what I want either.
