    Description

      found during Reproducible Builds check for 3.1.0 release...

      Notice that reference builds published to Central Repository have the filtered resource (/META-INF/plexus/components.xml) because our release process using maven-release-plugin activates the run-its profile: at least, official releases are ok

      issue happens only for manual "light" builds (run without ITs)
