RAD goal should support security-role element in application.xml

The ear plugin supports the writing of <security-role> elements in the generated application.xml. This plugin should support the same thing so that the development-time application.xml can be identical with the one that's ultimately generated as part of a package.

Attached patch is just code stolen from the ear plugin.
