Use wtpapplicationxml property in order to deactivate application.xml file generation

In class org.apache.maven.plugin.eclipse.EclipsePlugin, this wtpapplicationxml property is used to avoid generation of application.xml file but in org.apache.maven.plugin.eclipse.RadPlugin not.

In order to manage application.xml manually with RAD, we can use this property to avoid application.xml generation.
