Ear should ignore webmodules, which are not available on the workspace

If there's a third party war defined as dependency and webmodule, a weird reference is created containing the artifactname of the project.
AFAIK Eclipse doesn't support inclusion of web archives which are not available within the workspace, so such dependencies should be ignored (with a message of course).
This way you can run the ear on a server within Eclipse.
