Use currently build artifacts in IT tests

Due to misconfigured of mrm-maven-plugin during IT test artifacts from previous build are used or downloaded from remote repository.

localRepo of mrm-maven-plugin should be used with the same directory as used for localRepositoryPath of maven-invoker-plugin
