MasterTest.SlavesEndpointTwoSlaves fails sometimes because the master assigns the same ID to both salves.

    Description

      Creating this test showed that sometimes, if the master is fast enough, two slaves will be assigned the same (MESOS-2354).

      While the test failure is unrelated to the code it intends to test; it does need a workaround so the failure doesn't happen as long as MESOS-2354 is open.
