Update website styling to properly theme tables

When tables are used in our documentation, we lack styling on the Mesos website to properly display the and they end up looking very dense and unreadable. We should use bootstrap's styling to make them look beautiful, for example the Operational Guide: http://mesos.apache.org/documentation/latest/operational-guide/
