    Description

      We need quite some tests for the quota feature. They span over multiple subsystems:

      • Request validation;
      • Capacity heuristic, rescinding resources;
      • Master failover and recovery;
      • Registry;
      • Allocator;
      • Functionality and quota guarantees;
      • Integration tests.
