    Description

      This is an epic to track the various tickets around improving the performance of the allocator, including the following:

      • Preventing un-necessary backup of the allocator.
      • Reducing the cost of allocations and allocator state updates.
      • Improving performance of the DRF sorter.
      • More benchmarking to simulate scenarios with performance issues.
