    Description

      The upcoming Nvidia GPU support for docker containers in Mesos relies on consolidating all Nvidia shared libraries into a common location for injecting a volume into a container.

      As part of this, we need some preliminary parsing capabilities for ELF file to infer things about each shared library we are consolidating.
