Delimiters in endpoint names are inconsistent across mesos components.

At the moment endpoints in Mesos components have both - and _ as delimiters:

/master/create-volumes
/master/destroy-volumes
/master/state-summary
/slave(1)/api/v1/resource_provider

This is inconsistency for no good reason.
