Allow to pre-build script to set user properties

We can have a scenario when in pre-build script we run a mock server, eg by WireMock or simply by other tools. 

In such situation we have a random a use random port for listening connection, so we need pass it to Maven execution.

Other simple scenario is when we create a temporary file with test data.
