Improved section about deploying to remote repository in the getting started guide

I had difficulties deploying to a remote repository using the configuration in the getting started guide. It turned out that a setting in the ssh server made deployment difficult. I have attached a patch to the getting started guide describing this behaviour.

One could argue that this information is too specific to be included in the getting started guide. But then, settings in the getting started guide should be fool-proof, and it should be documented when they cannot be used if this is not obvious.

Please feel free to change the wording and/or the location of the information given in this patch.
