    Description

      When I was building Apache's dbutils with maven 2, I ran into a problem with pom.xml parsing. It turns out that the problem is due to me not having a UTF-8 locale. I've worked around it, but I thought you might like to know (either to change that or for the sake of documentation). Thanks!
