Wrong anchors on guide web pages

The web pages, like http://maven.apache.org/guides/getting-started/index.html have all the anchors wrong.

Example, the link "What is Maven?" has the value http://maven.apache.org/guides/getting-started/index.html#What%20is%20Maven?
while the anchor is named "what_is_maven" so the correct link would be http://maven.apache.org/guides/getting-started/index.html#what_is_maven

It is the same with all links on that page and also on other pages, like :
http://maven.apache.org/run-maven/index.html
http://maven.apache.org/settings.html
etc (I guess all of them)
