Upgrade sisu to v2.3.1

    Description

      To prepare for a future switch TO Eclipse Sisu, I think we should upgrade to the released v2.3.1 of Sonatype Sisu. According to info from Stuart McCulloch to the dev list:
      "This is based on the tagged Eclipse/Sisu 0.0.0.M0 source, automatically fetched and repackaged back to the old namespace.
      The goal of this release was to validate the initial contribution [to Eclipse], and provide a route to get (future) bugfixes to old Sisu clients."

      Stuart has run the Maven core ITs against this version and verified.
