Allow regex usage in any profile activation key/value

Following up on MNG-5726 I'd like to request allowing the use of regex for any key/value pair. For example, one should be able to use regex in property names or values, OS names or values, etc.

Justification: Many users have been asking for the ability to logically-OR multiple conditions. Allowing the use of regex will go a long way in resolving those use-cases.
