Upgrade to JDK5

    Description

      Upgrade to JDK5. This is required if the plugin wants to use QDox-2.0 once released (and by now most projects are moving towards java5).
      The patch has become pretty big even though I've skipped migrating the tests, but right now that seems to be the best way to provide the changes.
