    Description

      Currently to effective deprecate Mojo parameters we must define both @Deprecated annotation and @deprecated javadoc tag.

      Definition must be:

          /**
     * A parameter description
     *
     * @deprecated
     */
    @Deprecated
    @Parameter
    private String param;

      should be allowed as:

          @Deprecated
    @Parameter
    private String param;
