Extend "smart checksum" feature

So far only Sonatype Nexus2 was supported (by http-transport).

This feature cuts back one extra HTTP roundtrip (to get sha1/md5), if they are already sent by upstream repository. And not only Nexus2 sends them. Effectively, if X artifacts are requested, this potentially halves HTTP request count (as X and X.hash is being request currently).
