Inaccuracy on docu page for Apache Maven Resources Plugin / Filtering

NB: 3.1.2 is the max. Affects Version/s that can be selected above, but the current docu page is for 3.3.1 (though the following most probably applies since...ever)[does not apply here at the now right plugin; see comments]

On the docu page https://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-resources-plugin/examples/filter.html there's:

However, if we add a <filtering> tag to our POM and set it to true like this:

While just <filtering> really is a tag, we have to add a filtering element, consisting of a start tag and an end tag (and some content in between, but that's not the point here anyway).
