improve display of site rendering with locale info

    Description

      after working on MSITE-818, displaying info on localized site rendering would be useful
      Just adding an info at the beginning, like:

      [INFO] Rendering localized site for Chinese (China) (zh_CN)

      and for default locale:

      [INFO] Rendering site with default locale English (en)
