make source.jar insensitive to user's umask

    Description

      more and more users are switching from historical umask 002 to umask 022, ie from g+w to g-w

      testing Reproducible Builds found out that source-jar is sensitive to this setup: it would make RB env setup much easier if the plugin did g-w by default, even if user has g+w

      same as MASSEMBLY-989
