Minor Description
It is found that the keys in Messages_zh_CN.properties are not synchronized with Messages.properties. I reorganize the keys to match Messages.properties and make the punctuations consistently. Also, I've provided the Traditional Chinese translation on Messages_zh_TW.properties and Messages_zh_HK.properties.
