Integration of the JSF_JS next gen scripts

We have a full reimplemtation of the jsf.js scripts in the pipeline

it is hosted atm under https://github.com/werpu/jsfs_js_ts

The implementation is a 100% reimplementation of the original scripts, in typescript with maintainability and readability in its core. It cuts down heavily on old browser support for the same reason.

The implementation has a good unit test coverage on javascript level and uses the latest state of the art build and test infrastructure based on node (mocha, webpack etc...)
