Netbeans 9.0 non-reponsive for approx. 20 secs.

    Description

      In Netbeans 9.0, after navigating to Tools > Options and selecting Python option, the IDE was not responsive for approx. 20 seconds. Also, it seems that IDE was using a lot of memory at that time. 
      I'm attaching the IDE.log if that helps.
